        I thought I had a great experience living there except some of the parents had no control of their children, they would knock and run away,constantly had to notify management. then, when it was time for me to move out, I clean my whole apartment out. Everything was good. The maintenance man damaged the flooring under the kitchen sink , because the four units sinks were stopped up,causing a replacement of my garage disposal and had put a big hole in the dry rotted floor and covered it up with some of my stuff that I had underneath the sink , management told me that I wouldnt be charged for it instead of giving me my $900 .00 security deposit back . They, charged me $100.00 dollars for him destroying the floor.!! I dont recommend this place

        Moving from Atlanta to Charlotte, I assumed was going to be very stressful. Im so glad I chose Wendover Walk Apts., Maria in the leasing office was very helpful and provided answers to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is great, mostly everyone is friendly. There are some things within the apt. that require fixing, but the maintenance team has showed me in just the week Ive lived here, that they are on it and wont drag their feet to fix whatever issues I may have. Everything you could possibly need is within 15 min. driving distance. I would highly recommend

        After living there 8 years I fell behind on bills. I was approved for financial assistance and they would not accept my payment. They evicted me and my small dog. We are now homeless. The walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors constantly. Maria is very nice and friendly but the management company is very unpleasant. There is also a big roach problem. Be wary.

        I moved in 2 weeks ago and Marie The office manager was very helpful and nice I explained that I needed to move from where I was living and she helped me so much thanks for everything and I hope to be here for awhile
