        Working with the new manager, Jessica L., has been the finest experience for me! As of right now, she is fantastic and accomplishes stuff. In all the years I've been here, I haven't experienced this level of customer attention and help with anything I need or ask for. I would like to express my gratitude and request that she be given a raise.:)

        I've been a resident for a least 4 years now. The management has changed maybe twice. However the current property manager (Karla) has been here for the pat 2 years...she's the most diligent individual for the job. Although covid has changed things up a bit, the upkeep and needs of the residents and property has remained on point. I think I'll stay here for a long while :). 3.12.24(This is an edit & the review was made more than 7 months ago. The manager that actually responded to this review was the absolute worse!)

        I have been trying them for 4 years now. This is the worst and most unprofessional apartment complex. I emailed them again just to try to see if management has changed. Looks like when reading these reviews, nothing has changed. Whoever owns or manages this property need to manage it better and get some sense.

        UPDATE..... How long is the waiting list? I've been on the waiting list for going on a year now. Now I see the reviews, and it's mostly due to lack of communication. Seems to be a good place to live if you can ever get up with anyone. *********************** It looks like this may be the quickest way to get a response. I put in an application 2 months ago and still waiting to hear back. I too have heard that this is a good place to stay. Its just hard to reach anyone. Either there's no answer or the mailbox is full...which that is the case today.
