Summit on Central

I have been in this "newly renovated" apartment for less than 72 hours and while I was willing to ignore the minor issues such as the threshold being loose, one of the kitchen cabinets simply detaching when I attempted to open it, and the mold stain in the bathroom, I'm only so patient. Upon starting my washer I was utterly delighted to find the entirety of my bathroom, closet, and a portion of my bedroom are all flooded. I am beyond furious. Here's hoping the emergency maintenance tech returns my call in a somewhat timely manner while I attempt to protect all of the belongings I have only just moved to this unit from grey water damage. Upset does not even begin to cover it.

Chris in Maintenance is great. He completes work orders quickly and is very professional. He had been the best Maintenance man that I had in a apartment complex.

have moved here for 2 months, so far pretty good. the price is not expensive compared with other uptown apartments, Brittany in leasing office is helpful and they answer phone calls, and Chris in the maintenance team is amazing. I have AC issue a month after move-in and submitted a maintenance request, Chris helped fixed it next day, which is super quick response, better than expected.

So far I have loved living @ summit on central. The location and complex was recommended to me by previous tenants, and what a recommendation it was. I have no complaints. Great neighbors, and close to everything in Plaza Midwood ! I could go on, but below is a TL;DR. Incredible and attentive staff: Check! Price: Check ! Renovated Appliances, Kitchen, & Bathroom: Check ! Location: CHECK CHECK CHECK ! I look forward to re-signing, and would recommend others to this location :)
