Despite meeting all requirements we were told we would automatically be denied because of my husband's criminal record. He has a non-violent crime which he served time for years ago and did not get a chance to explain that, we were told it would be an automatic denial. If you are in a similar situation do not go here, just a heads up and God bless you

multiple times I requested screens for my windows and received screens that had lots of holes and so I had to tape the holes up while I waited for the new screen that was supposed to come. the one for my bedroom window never came and the one that was supposed to replace the damaged screen? It never came. This was last fall and the only reason I did not complain is because the temperature was dropping. Now it's spring again and I want to open the windows and cannot do so without bugs entering our home. my MAIN concern is that my two small children who are five and three could easily climb out of the living room window if they desired it especially now that they see that there is an opening where a screen should be. I expressed my concerns to the leasing office/property manager to no success. She simply told me that there was nothing she could do and apologized for the inconvenience. I reached out to multiple landlord and tenant discrimination/Charlotte law property management businesses on Friday and once I have been updated I will update this review with the final verdict. This is not the first issue I have had with this apartment complex and it seems to be tradition to ignore the concerns and necessities of the tenants. I believe it is against the law to house tenants in a unit that is inhabitable/unsafe. The maintenance man who tried to replace my screens was kind. We need fresh air which is why I have always been the type of person to open my windows to allow fresh air to flow into my homes therefore in the meantime, I will purchase my own screens as a solution/temporary fix until this issue is resolved.

I have no excuses with the staff but in these apartment complexes there is a lot of crime, there are shots fired every weekend, a lot of illegal activity... it is a danger for families...
