        People speeding right in the middle of the neighborhood but they took out speed bumps? People dealing drugs and kids from the school next door smoking behind the homes. OVERPRICED. They have homes right down the street ON THE SAME STREET that has homes for $2200/month. Everyone is moving out as soon as their lease is up (Red flags) Theres a amenity fee but we dont even have an office or a dog park. Thats called price fluctuating and legal thievery. Maintenance guy is even tired of this place. Theres not an office or a number to call. Just an app to place a work order. Theres zero management. Theres shooting almost every week next door in the apartments so we continuously have helicopters circling around the area. $2800 a month for this? Do better.
