image Im from Florida and I was looking to relocate to NC. I didnt hear anything in regards to my application for a couple of weeks even though I was advised it would be 24-72 hours. I was sent an automatic email and I have consistently called in regards to wanting to discuss my application and no one answers the telephone. Ive never had any issues with my income nor evictions so I would like more of an explanation if possible.

image Wanna live near a blood bank? High Crime and ROACHES! Smoke and homeless running around. Second mgmt change in 2 months! This place dont even have ovens! Very unprofessional, the "new" mgmt fails at many simple things. They dont disclose all the fees on top of base rents, and they manage more than 1 property, and often drop the ball! they LIE and just unprofessional all around, they break into peoples apt when they not home, and there is no working smoke alarms, and its just not run well, the A/C often breaks down, and its a dump, problematic!
So unprofessional, and disrespectful and disgusting! when I moved in, there were 5 dead roaches in my place waiting for me! nasty people, nasty management, and you cant change the locks, and we all get locked out our homes when the batteries FAIL, the management fail, the garbage pick up fail, the halls stink and the residents dont clean up after themselves, the rates for water and trash and management goes up monthly. I heard the METRO is better, this place is a hot mess. the laundry room has 6 machines and 4 is often broken! I am another very disappointed resident in a lease, very unhappy. the owners are a corporation, no one cares!

image This has been the most horrendous experience of living at an apartment. Starting with the apartment, it did not have an oven, just a microwave and two induction coils for cooking. The kitchen is so cramped that you can hardly do any preparation or cooking. The worst part about living here is the total apathy towards maintenance. I have been living here since September last year, and the AC/Heat did not work at all. They fixed it after around 5 months later. Then it worked for a month and has stopped working again. Initially during the winter months it was the fear of freezing to death, and now as summer approaches, I fear the heat. Its getting warmer everyday, and the maintenance guys won't respond. They just close the maintenance request and do not fix it. Or someone from maintenance will show up and say I am using the HVAC wrong. And when they realise they cannot fool me, they just leave and don't come back. Although the management has recently changed, it doesn't change the fact that I am suffering from the heat.
Update : I already have talked to the leasing people and they have been of no help at all. And why do I have to go around asking for help for something as basic as air-conditioning? Its 9.45 PM and its 78 degrees inside the apartment. I have severe migraine headaches because of this discomfort.

image Absolutely will not be leasing from this place. The property manager April just lied to my face. She told me unit 148, which clearly shows ready now, could not be viewed. I asked her why and she told me it was already occupied. I openly questioned her because its showing ready online. She went through some paperwork and said oh its not occupied, but I cant show it to you. Why is that when someone just showed it to me about 2 weeks ago? She said because their system is updating. What does that have to do with viewing the apartment? Then she changed her story to the apartment isnt ready yet despite it saying its ready to view now!! I was seriously considering these apartments but after that interaction, absolutely not!!! I am an honest person and expect honest business and if someone can bluntly lie like that to prospective tenants, theres no telling the type of service I would receive as one.
