The Stead at Farmington

I regret to say that my experience with the Stead was utterly disappointing and frustrating. The entire process turned into a drawn out ordeal lasting a daunting 2-3 weeks, filled with false hope and unfulfilled promises. Despite their initial assurance of approval, they continuously dragged their feet, barely answering phone calls and displaying a lack of urgency in handling matters. It seemed as though every step forward was met with additional requests for documentation, leaving me feeling misled and exhausted. Their poor communication and inefficiency only exacerbated the situation, making it abundantly clear that my time and efforts were undervalued. Overall, I would caution anyone considering renting from the Stead to proceed with extreme caution, as their disregard for applicants time and well-being is simply unacceptable. Granted the staff there was great, but how they went about things were a little bit odd to me.

My experience with the approval process at The Stead at Farmington was a frustrating rollercoaster of false hope and endless requests for additional information. I strongly advise against putting yourself through a similar ordeal: Initially, I was elated to receive what I thought was approval for tenancy at The Stead at Farmington. However, this joy quickly turned to frustration as it became apparent that this approval was merely a facade. Despite being assured that all necessary documentation had been provided and met the stated qualifications, the leasing office continued to demand additional information, contradicting their earlier assurances. The leasing office at The Stead at Farmington seemed incapable of deciding without continuously requesting more documentation. Despite providing everything they initially requested and then some, the requests for additional information kept coming, each one accompanied by vague explanations and promises of expedited processing that never materialized. There was a glaring lack of accountability on the part of The Stead at Farmington throughout the approval process. Despite acknowledging receipt of the requested documentation, there was no acknowledgment of their repeated failures to honor their commitments or provide a satisfactory explanation for their incessant demands for additional information. This lack of accountability only served to exacerbate my frustration and erode any remaining trust I had in the management's ability to act in good faith. The approval process at The Stead at Farmington was a monumental waste of time and energy, consuming valuable resources without yielding any tangible results. The endless back-and-forth with the leasing office left me feeling drained and demoralized, with no end in sight to the bureaucratic quagmire in which I found myself trapped. Ultimately, my experience with the approval process at The Stead at Farmington amounted to a betrayal of trust. The initial assurance of approval turned out to be nothing more than a cruel deception, and the relentless demands for additional information shattered any semblance of confidence I had in the management's integrity or competence. My experience with the approval process at The Stead at Farmington was a disheartening saga of false promises and bureaucratic incompetence. I urge prospective tenants to proceed with caution and consider alternative housing options before subjecting themselves to the same frustrating and demoralizing ordeal.

theres a lot to like with the amenities offered. the area has good stuff near it and more stuff not too far off (bout 10 min). it is very clean and i feel safe.

Update: April 2024 After living here a few months my only negative is you can hear your neighbor above you walk. Unfortunately, ours must have a big dog so if they play fetch sounds like someone bowling. I even hear their alarm vibrating in the morningthey promised there was noise proofing between units. Dont live under anyone, I have in other rentals and its never been this BAD. Headache-ville. Great Move In process!! Mallorie is the BEST!! She worked with us from the day we came to visit until post move in. She made the transition a breeze, answered all of our questions. The property is AMAZING! Love the locationall the common areas look immaculate each day. I cant wait for summer to enjoy the resort style pool! Its gorgeous

Luxury apartments off the interstate. My unit receives a beautiful sunrise in the morning . Quiet and clean. The staff is beyond accommodating and the clubhouse is gorgeous.
