        After an incredibly unhappy living experience in Houston, I am so grateful the be a resident of the Beverly. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Sarah, Lisa, and Arianna are knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. I love coming home. The grounds and common areas are well kept. Neighborhoods are nice and noninvasive. Ive been here 3 months and Ive enjoyed every minute of it. Looking forward to a continued great experience!

        i recently moved in on 11/15, into the cutest little studio apartment!! i love the beverley, & all of the staff here. Sarah has been exceptional & patient with me since day one; not to mention that maintenance is extremely helpful & works extremely fast to rectify issues. not to mention that Lisa was also such a sweetheart when we spoke. so far i am absolutely loving my experience here- i cant get enough that this is a quiet community!!

        I recently toured Beverly, and was extremely impressed! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the apartment itself was truly breathtaking, and most importantly the staff was so helpful, friendly, and professional. I am going to be making the move from Birmingham, AL and want to make sure I find somewhere I feel comfortable at. I definitely think I will feel more than comfortable at Beverly. I truly cant say enough great things about my experience there. The amenities arent your typical amenities - they are SO nice, and not something you see offered at many other apartment communities. Also, the location couldnt be better!! I will definitely be sharing this community with all of my friends and family, and really hope I get to call Beverly my new home soon!

        Great apartments and community. Inclusive and diverse with multiple events each month and thinks proactively about the tenants/residents. Highly recommended for new comers into Charlotte, with accessible amenities close-by.
