        Pros: Phill had great energy, knowledgeable about the community and neighborhood. There is a walking trail and the community is in a great location. Cons: The exterior is not well maintained. The buildings need pressure washing and the landscaping is poor. The package area wasnt orderly, anyone could take your package because the lockers arent being used. The apartment layout is more for students than families, the ceilings are low, and the bedrooms are small.

        DONT NOT MOVE HERE ITS INCENTIVES for new residents for a reason majority of complex is EMPTY! notice how its all these high rating after multiple low star reviews with honesty! Front office changes constantly each crew has its standards for how they run and want things done dont inform residents of changes made or new charges that will be added too many newer apartments being built in same area to suffer living here
