I am shouting out Carley! I took a tour with her andok so there is customer service and then there is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let me tell you what this Wonder Woman did! I was trying to figure out if my King size bed would fit in the bedroom of this particular floor plan. She knew how long a King Size bed is. She says Oh! I am five foot 7! Then she laid down on the floor- to use her five foot seven self as a human tape measure! Whattt?? Carley wins! Best tour guide EVER! Then, then!! I tell her I need to move in within the week! Carley took care of everything- was super communicative, helpful, patient and kind. I also spoke with Avery and Madeline and they were wonderful as well. Another great thing about my touring experience- I had viewed a few other buildings and on each tour, I was told undesirable things about some of their competitors. While I toured the Ellis- Carley didnt do that. I feel that when you are a great community to live in- that speaks for itself and you dont have to talk negatively about your competition. Ellis for the win!

The building is in a great location, and Coryn was super helpful when I moved in. The staff is quick to respond and assist with any maintenance issues.

If youre in search for A life-changing, living experience then the Ellis apartments is just what youre looking for. For me, Security is always most important. The Ellis has 24 seven concierge with Security !! And lets not neglect the amenities . The rooftop views , the library , and the gym is where I spend most of my time. And last but not least , the Customer service and the event planning team deserves all the praise. Madeline assisted me during my first visit and I was sold from that moment.The move in process is quick and effortless.Overall The Ellis is 5 stars for me

My girlfriend and I have just moved into this Apartment complex and love it as well as some team members working here! Madeline went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. From the initial inquiry to the lease signing, she was incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Avery's genuine care and friendliness truly made a difference. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect apartment that suited my lifestyle.
