Doral Apartments

Absolutely beautiful place to live, nice bright and vibrant, very well maintained. the management does an excellent job, which makes you proud to call home.

I like living here. Its a quiet neighborhood. The apartment manager, May, and the maintainance gentleman, Ernesto, are both very attentive and they do a great job of taking care of the place and its residents.

My family and I lived at the Doral apartments for 5 years and throughout that time we witnessed the property change hands for better and worse in different areas. But what was consistent throughout that time was the care from the staff especially May from the property management office. If not for her good standing with the tenants a lot of the transitions that occured over the years could not have gone smoother, she has done her best to make the property the best and helped keep the neighborhood inviting to new and existing tenants Thanks May.

I have lived at Doral for a number of years, now. I've always appreciated the excellent maintenance response, and helpful, accommodating management. And, being in the center of Charlotte provides easy access to anywhere in the city. Outbound early morning is light traffic, because the heavy traffic is inbound, and light traffic if I'm headed home in the afternoon, because rush-hour traffic is outbound. Always a pleasant view from any Doral apartment, outdoor patio, overlooking lush green lawns and green trees, along with huge open courtyards that are not be found at other Charlotte apartments or condos. Difficult to imagine that this is within the parameter of down town Charlotte, and adjacent to a Greenway park, and wetlands lake . . . . a pet owner's haven !
