Roaches all in the head board Code of the state came in reported mold and roaches code bomb the place and didnt care how many time they bomb the apartments the whole building is infested yuck

The website is poor they say if u haven't had a eviction within 36 months your approval I have a eviction that is 6 years old no one contacted me back I had to call them they took my money an just so denied my application this apartments is a fraud I would have apply again don't apply here if u have a old eviction the apartment will never approve you lies they tell u

It has been well over 45 days and I have not received my security deposit. This apartment complex has bounced me around constantly. First two weeks ago I was told a check was sent out. I never received it. I called both Charlotte USPS and they city I live in and they had no certified mail. I called again and was told the check was never sent and "weren't not sure why you didn't get your deposit" "That was the last person who worked here's job". There have been days I've had to call 45 times to get any kind of update. I call every single day now. I am a disabled veteran who just had hip surgery and would like to pay some things for my surgery. I can not do that now cause they still run me around about this deposit. Please spend your money elsewhere and go to an apartment complex that is more professional.
