        Location is top notch, but I recommend never ever consider a first floor apartment if you dont want to endure bugs, or loud noises stomping on top of you. The floors are super thin, and I have neighbors from HELL!! They are loud all day and night and Ive complained to management and NOTHING has transpired. Sleepless nights and morning headaches. On the positive side, they are building a new apartment building in the complex that comes with a washer and dryer, along with a new gate system, but Ill be gone by the time that happens.

        My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and have seen some good changes being made. We are excited for the new gate and hope it brings more security to the complex. One thing that has not changed, however, is the laundry facilities. The washers are constantly out of order, which is very frustrating since we don't have a unit with hookups. Hopefully, the new building comes with another laundry facility or units with hookups that we can actually afford.
