Digital lock security, Ample car parking, gym, swimming pool, reading room, indoor games hall, huge lift, excellent maintenance, centralized AC, Ramp for differently abled, fire detectors in all rooms, geyser for hot showers, for pet lovers separate pets wash rooms, pets troll space. Nearer to Walmart, metro station etc. Offers first month rent free. Loved this Apts decent place to live in.

This place has gone down hill! Its basically a trap house; nothing luxury about this place. the hallways smell of weed, theres no security , homeless people are breaking in , my neighbors are selling drugs & theres always a domestic dispute happening on the weekend. Im counting the day until my lease is up. Please go elsewhere!!! PSA: most of the 5 star reviews are fake!!!

This was a great place to live under the old management, the new management is awful. They came in and got rid of security, now Im not feeling the safest. I came home today and one of the doors wont close, allowing anybody to come in if they wanted to. It also appears there are some fake reviews here.

Constantly having issues with maintenance coming fix anything is worse than pulling teeth. Never get any help! All this money being paid to live here youd think they would be more attentive to their tenants
