I recently requested a work order for a maintenance issue & the Maintenance Supervisor named Giar was extremely helpful. I highly recommend his assistance for any issues maintenance.

CORPORATE LANDLORDS- They care more about profits than your well being I highly recommend spending $25-75 more to go somewhere else that actually care about tenants instead of here. Everything is always broken and looks trashy and its not because the buildings are 40 years old. I'm embarrassed to bring guests here and at night ' with all the broken lights which also makes going to do laundry/gym after sunset feel too unsafe. For filter changes they use the cheapest tooth-floss filter and they require entry into your apartment over 2 days every month, you cant opt out and cant change it yourself so expect to be on call instead of enjoying your peace. If you have a maintenance request expect to wait 1-2 months, there needs to be more maintenance people if you are going to use the "old buildings" excuse. You cant take pride in a place that doesn't take pride in you. To be very fair the location is good and they are making changes like "upgrading" the laundry/gym and getting a new property manager every month. The cheapness and disappointment shows up more the longer you stay here. Maybe this place used to be good but now its coasting on its high reviews from before to just take your money. You're spending >$1100 to stay here you might as well spend a little more to be treated with real value somewhere else. Note: Pictures are from moments at the worst states but it shouldn't be like this at any time. Unacceptable.
