Attune Fitness: Private Personal Training & Pilates Studio
Beth Elder, founder & owner, has 25+ years experience as a personal trainer, 20+ years experience as a Pilates Instructor, and 15+ years teaching the biomechanics of walking and running. She will help you get in shape by improving your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance regardless of your fitness level.
She also has experience and expertise working with individuals who are living with complex and layered medical issues, including, but not limited to: post-op rehab, scoliosis, osteoporosis, balance issues, joint replacements, chronic pain (including back pain), mobility (gait) issues, hypermobility, autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, sports injury, trauma history, breast cancer, lymphedema, and those recovering from falls and related injuries.

Beth has developed exercises that help me feel more confident in what I can do with my body, as I continue to strengthen it.
