    After two partial knee replacements in three years time I had lost confidence in my ability to exercise without potentially harming myself. I knew I needed to exercise in a way that would delay my need for total knee replacement as long as possible. After lots of research, and then patiently waiting for a a spot in her schedule for several months I began to work with Beth about six months ago. Beth has developed exercises that help me feel more confident in what I can do with my body, as I continue to strengthen it. Beth is very conscientious about adapting my exercise plan to my needs. I am so grateful that I finally got my spot at Attune Fitness .

Beth Elder, founder & owner, has 25+ years experience as a personal trainer, 20+ years experience as a Pilates Instructor, and 15+ years teaching the biomechanics of walking and running. She will help you get in shape by improving your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance regardless of your fitness level.

She also has experience and expertise working with individuals who are living with complex and layered medical issues, including, but not limited to: post-op rehab, scoliosis, osteoporosis, balance issues, joint replacements, chronic pain (including back pain), mobility (gait) issues, hypermobility, autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, sports injury, trauma history, breast cancer, lymphedema, and those recovering from falls and related injuries.
