If your a contractor stay away. They are incompetent, do not respond well and will have you chasing for payment. Went above and beyond for customer then tell you months later you forgot to fill something out before we can start processing payment. Never gonna be dealing again with this company. Went above and beyond to give your customer a complete new kitchen and full bath for 25k,unheard of in this economy. But in the one who has to call the company to find out there is a document missing that should have been taken care of with a return phone call, yet in the one who had to reach out to you. Thanks for your hard work!

My recent encounter with Home Headquarters left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. Their inefficiency in responding to rental inquiries, coupled with a dismissive attitude towards my health concerns, made the entire process exasperating. Firstly, the wait time for a response from Home Headquarters regarding rental inquiries was unreasonably long. It felt like an eternity before they finally got back to me, causing unnecessary delays and uncertainty in my housing search. Upon finally reaching out, their handling of my health-related concerns was deeply disappointing. Despite explaining my severe asthma condition and my roommate's commitment to smoking outdoors, the representative I spoke to showed blatant disregard for my health concerns. Instead of acknowledging our efforts to maintain a smoke-free environment indoors, she dismissed them outright, arguing that there was no way to verify our arrangement. This dismissive attitude is not only unprofessional but also neglectful of tenants' well-being. As someone with a documented health condition exacerbated by smoke, I expected more understanding and cooperation from a reputable rental agency like Home Headquarters. What's more, their disregard for regulations regarding application fees only adds to the frustration. In New York State, application fees are legally capped at $20, yet Home Headquarters circumvents this regulation by charging $25. This unethical practice raises questions about their integrity and commitment to following legal standards. Maybe they have a loophole, but it should be $20. In conclusion, my experience with Home Headquarters has been nothing short of disappointing. From their sluggish response times to their dismissive attitude towards health concerns and questionable fee practices, the entire process has been marred by inefficiency and disregard for tenant well-being. I would caution others to think twice before considering Home Headquarters for their rental needs.
