        My boyfriend and I came twice to try to return the same equipment. Wait times were near an hour both times; we sat for 40 minutes and the 12 person line hadnt moved; the customer service reps are also more interested with going to lunch than helping the customers, giving dirty looks as they walk out the door.

        The customer service in the Erie Blvd location is great. If they can't help you they will at least put you in touch with the person who can. They are quick so you're not waiting forever to do what you came there to take care of
