        Had an appointment scheduled with Steven. I had an urgent issue that needed to be fixed. We agreed on a time. He never showed up. I tried to call him for a time estimate and sent him texts, both of which he ignored. Very unprofessional.

        I would give a zero if I could. Don't trust Steaven, he would promise a lot but won't do anything good or simply quit and you will have to look for someone else to fix after him. Rip off.
