I am a licensed Architect with 20+ years of experience. I live in a house in Goshen, NY, with a gambrel roof, gable roof, and low-pitch porch roof, that was originally constructed in 1909. Precision Roofing replaced my asphalt shingle roof at the start of Spring 2022. Nick DeMateo established Precision Roofing with a promise of quality workmanship and they delivered. Precision Roofing was not the lowest price that quoted my roof replacement, but in my 20+ years working in the construction industry, I can say that buying cheap labor for a roof replacement is a poor decision. Over 3 days, Precision Roofing replaced ~3,000 s.f. of asphalt shingle roof at my house. Their crew persevered through unfavorable weather and worked 10-12 hours per day to get our house watertight as quickly as possible. The temperature was cool and it was windy. Precision's installers and job foreman (Luis) were respectful, responsible and professional. They protected our landscaping from damage. They cleaned the jobsite daily and left no debris behind, despite the windy conditions. When Precision encountered unforeseen conditions, they installed new sheathing and repaired the framing so we could feel confident the roof would be warrantied and watertight for a lifetime. Pete Lobosco communicated with me to coordinate the installation from beginning to end. The entire experience was top notch and worth the investment. From meeting Charlie for the initial quote to the completion of the roof installation we were very pleased with Precision Roofing. They were professional, responsive and so clean. Once our permit was obtained, they were here within 2 weeks to replace our roof.
The team showed up on time and completed our roof install in a day. Prior to leaving the property they made sure that everything had been picked up and no debris was left on the ground.

Roof looks great doesnt leak so awesome but clean up was terrible found well over 100 nails in my lawn and still finding small plastic strips everywhere.Had small problem and was told they would get back to me never heard from them again also communicating problem with workers was a nightmare no one speaks english Services: Attic venting, Roof installation
