If you need engraving or any award needs, this is the place. I purchased a signet ring at Forsythes Jewelers and wanted it engraved. The quote from the hand engraver was $150.00  so...they recommended Recognition Experts. I brought it in on Monday and Brian took the time to show me exactly what the interlocking initial monogram would look like on his computer, called me on Tuesday to say it was ready!  Now the story could end there with great customer service and expediting the turn around quickly but...when I got there at 4:41pm they were closed but in the parking lot was a gentleman who I spoke to and said I guess I was too late as they closed at 4:30pm. He cheerfully asked what it was I was picking up, told me to stay in the car and he would be right back with my ring!  Then I paid him and again he went inside, got my change and I thank him for the great customer service!  Wow!  Only in Rochester do you get this kind of service!
