NY Drapery Care removed, cleaned, and reinstalled my window treatments (long drapes and romans) - excellent quality service, and Charles was very kind and flexible with scheduling. Recommend!

I asked Charles about cleaning very dirty diet shades in my rental apartment. He explained the process, and arranged to promptly come by and pick them up. Once on site, however, he quickly determined that they were just too far gone to be properly cleaned. He informed me that, while he could get the dirt out, they would look much the same as they do now. So he refused to take themmuch to my delight! I would much rather invest in new shades than spend money for a disappointing result. Thanks you, Charles, for your honesty and professionalism!

You know you've hired absolutely the right professionals when all their reviews are five stars and then you have your own five-star experience with them. From start to finish, Charles - the owner par excellence - removed, cleaned, and re-hung my custom silk drapes (which had been stored in a vacuum sealed bag for 6 years, leaving them severely creased and wrinkled) with such care and attention. My newly revived drapes look better than ever, and Charles also provided me with guidance for their rings and hold backs (aka: tie backs). NY Drapery Care may not be the least expensive, but they are certainly well worth what they charge - you will not be disappointed.
