Hands down the best attorney of NYC. Stephen Kass is one in a million : not only is he an expert at what he does but he is also a fine strategist in a challenging field. If you can make it in NY, you can make it anywhere. You cannot make it in NY without an attorney but not any attorney, hire Stephen and you will always, always, always land on your feet. He does not sugar coat and goes straight to the poimt he is an "anything is possible" type of person, thus he delivers outstanding results no matter what comes his way. I rehired him 3 times after working with him and I am not sorry I did as I feel privileged to be his client.
