Software glitchy. Couldn't set password multiple tries then password expired. Even after reset twice. Never had the opportunity to use this required resource before surgery. I had to rely other resources like YouTube. Please be respectful of the many older people. My daughter is a computer programmer and she had issues. Frustration wasn't needed at this difficult time.

Website had glitches in it from the first time I used it after knee revision. But after two weeks I am not able to login to complete my at home therapies. Nor am I able to login to contact my care team for pain med refill. This system is a JOKE and a WASTE OF TIME. Force Therapeutics should be ashamed of themselves. JUST DO BETTER!

I liked that I had some education and some preliminary exercises. I found the program glitchy and hard to work with. It was to much for everyone. Like everyone was going to react the same and be the same like robots. Hated 80% of it. One of the early post exercises was squats. ARE you serious? I could not do those before. Much less in early recovery. I think this program was created by Millennials. The programs don't save. You will put your infor in and poof gone. I am not new with computer, I use a lot of Adobe programs without a lot of issue. This Force Therapeutics, I hate except some of the education.

This app is great after my knee surgery was able to get a hold of my Dr. Anytime it was very helpful

Simply wanted to login to get the address to my mother-in-laws pre-op appointment on Monday. Cannot get a simple home screen. Always takes me a questionnaire. Not impressed at all with the app nor website.
