I originally wrote this review on the company's facebook page - but they deleted it. So I'll write it here instead. Selligent - in an effort to get my attention - mined information about me from my Linked-In profile then tied it back to my personal facebook page (I don't use the same name or e-mail on Linked-in that I use on facebook, so this was no small effort). Using information gathered from my profile picture on facebook, the company made reference to my family, celebrating Thanksgiving, and my favorite football team. This is a MAJOR breach of privacy and left me feeling very unsettled. To think this sales rep would go so far as to dig into my personal life just to get in a sales pitch is a direct contradiction to the company's stated object of "relationship management." Please consider this before hiring the company. As an ecommerce manager, I know how hard it is to obtain and retain a customer, so I personally would never trust Selligent to handle my customer relationship management knowing they have the capacity to demonstrate such unbelievably poor judgment with regard to personal privacy. There is a line between business and home life and Selligent crossed it with me for the purposes of making a sales call. If you value your business and your customer base, for the reasons stated above, I would recommend you avoid a partnership with Selligent.
