I've been using it for years, but the subscription has become prohibitive... this day I noticed that I can no longer connect either on my phone or on my tablet (for an unknown reason or a version upgrade... .) in any case they are unreachable It's going to take some trickery to get rid of these scammers, I don't intend to pay for 3 devices instead of just one.

If you decide to go with relatively expensive password option, do NOT enroll in their autopay. I notified Dashlane TWICE to cancel my autopay (one month and 2 weeks before autopay date). Dashlane charged my Paypal account anyway. Dashlane did not provide instructions on how to stop autopay until AFTER they charged my Paypal account. I NEVER received a response to my emails. One would think that such an expensive app would have great support. Dashlane does not.

after my wife passed, as though enough grief... I have spent over 12 hrs. and countless chats with call center out of USA trying to re-store her data on her phone, her credentials are valid (email) A special code needed to confirm was sent to her email but never been received. I do not understand why. They said it was a server issue at their end. I am the legal guardian of here estate and have all documents to show. NO RESPONSES OR HELP from anyone, rather frustrating. Tried to use all the protocols told and never got anywhere, very disappointing. Sorry but that is an issue. NOTE I am an active member of Dashlane and I am happy but as well disappointed without help after my loss .
