    Horrible customer service. They literally do not care about you unless youre a big company. Customer service literally put in an email we are no longer going to discuss this issue with you.

    DO NOT USE. I would give it zero star as we have horrible experience with them. We signed the contract, paid them five figures for their service, for over 6 months yet the initial sync is going nowhere. As a client, we have to constantly email them, send them via their chat box requesting status update then await for their response. They are very irresponsible. It takes FOREVER for Bazzarvoice to respond as: 1. they are such a big team that your request will be passing around to different departments/individuals and you'll have to explain the situation all over again. Waste of time. 2. they are very machined-tone. Once there is an issue, "it's beyond my scope" and you'll need to email/chat with someone else. All over again. Waste of time. 3. Account Manager is helpless. Once the contract is signed and payment is made, AM is gone. 4. Senior managers do not care what's going on. When you luckily get the situation escalated, they pass you around to someone and you do it all over again. Such a vicious cycle. 5. Their system is very cumbersome to use and it's split into multiple different platforms to totally confuse you. Portal, Basecamp, Support, etc. Why can't they just group all the platforms into one Portal so that clients only need to login once instead of multiple times? Words cannot explain how frustrated we are with Bazaarvoice. Their service is very expensive and we would expect a more responsible, professional, and end-to-end business manner from them. It's one of the worst investments that we've ever made. Lessen's learned and we will go with Bazaarvoice's competitor.
