Tech companies need to stop masquerading as healthcare providers. This app is actively harmful to people seeking help. I say that from experience.

I received a text message from "Quartet." I had no idea what it was and what it was for. No mention of a Dr. or any indication regarding a referral from my Dr. I was concerned it was a scam. Did not open the Quartet text. Waiting to get more info.

Set me up with an appointment. Dr wrote a prescription. Pharmacy refused to fill it because the doctor was over 1.5 hours away from my house. So now I paid for an appointment and have a prescription that I can't fill. Horrible.

Not a great idea for many seniors. Very tech based. A lot of texts, emails, using the website. Upsetting for someone with anxiety or similar, and who is elderly.

I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I have an assigned care navigator that I was speaking to about my care this entire time. I asked to speak with her today after receiving a voicemail from her last week and they said shes not available. I asked when she would be available and they said she is no longer at Quartet. This makes me uncomfortable, why is she calling me if she is no longer there now? I have to re-explain my entire process to someone else? No way! I told them I no longer want their help and Ill find a therapist myself.
