Totally agree with Michael Gehman. The user interface is absolutely ugly and full of bugs. Absolutely not adjustable. No support.

So tired of their negative adds bashing other companies. Try and promote your own merits instead of bashing your competitors. It's a sad sales pitch.

I normally don't give 1 star reviews, but this really deserves a 0. This has sadly been the worst experience of my career. The small business means nothing to this company. Zero business screening. Excellent sales team that is way to good at selling something that is no even close to a fit for a small business. The truth and integrity is not apart of the guiding principals of the company. Very poor communication. The over all structure of the implementation team is very poor and ineffective. Be warned, if you are going to be transferring data from an existing company to NetSuite, you will have to fill out an infinite amount of data into spread sheets. They will not do any of this for you. Unlike companies I have worked with in the past, were you simply send over the company files that need upload and they build out the spreadsheets for you and build out the data for you. The team is there just as support and guidance. If the company is a proper fit I can see how NetSuite may be an excellent choice. But for the small to mid size company that has a preexisting business, run the other direction. Our implementation process lasted approximately a year with one person dedicated fulltime to data entry only to have it fail completely at the time of implementation.
