Management could care less about stockholders. They consistently miss deadlines including self imposed deadlines. Company doesn't respond to shareholders at all. No productive information coming from management. All they seem to be able to manage are letters with no facts just smiley faces. Giving each other stock like they are high fives at shareholder expense.

I'm a small investor. Investors have been fed nothing but lies regarding the restatement of Pareteum's financials for 2019/2020. The date has been extended so many times. No communication from Investor Relations. Emails unanswered, won't take phone calls. The BOD is new and was suppose to be better than their predecessors but that is another lie. My hope is very low. It will be a miracle if they don't file bankruptcy.
