Am I shocked a scam company like progressive uses another scam company like this? No. Delivering false information to other companies to raise prices is insane. How do these companies operate legally???

This company is a scam. They put out false information about you and incorrect insurance information & you can never get in contact with live rep. You have to goto several steps to email them, then write a complaint then wait for 1-2wks for reports to come and then you have to dispute what they have wrongly reported. This company should be sued for negligence and for mishandling consumer information.

LexisNexis creates what's basically a credit report on our driving record. I wanted to dispute two entries on my report that said I filed claims when I did not. (I paid out of pocket for the auto work.) To get this fixed I had to fill out an online form, wait two weeks for a case to be opened and have a bogus report sent to me via snail mail which gave no real information. However, the letter said I could go online to pursue it further, but just within 30 days - which I did. I entered the PIN they provided and no surprise, it didn't work. I was instructed to call or fill out another online form. So, back to square one. Obviously, they want to deter anyone disputing their claims, while in the meantime I am paying a higher insurance rate because all the insurance companies use LexisNexis to determine our insurance rates. Talk about feeling disempowered/stepped on as a consumer up against big industry. I'd say, 'don't use this company!' but alas, you don't have a choice. They are using you.

The company lexisNexis is a scam! People need to stand up and start suing them for sending false information to vehicle insurance companies causing premiums to drastically increase in price. When you call Nexislexis, they ask for your adress, SS#, licence number ecetera. When was it ok for a third company to do (DMVs) department of Motor Vehicles job? The worst part about it is that their information is completely false from what the police department or motor vehicle has about a driver. This is ruining peoples lives. Lexisnexis is also not recognized by NYS.

This company is terrible, I asked for my report and when I received it I found out theres a car accident on my report but I never had an accident before my driving record is clean. I have disputed it two times already and they keep blaming me for an accident I didnt commit. If I dont get an answer as quickly as possible I will sue lexisnexis. This is not fair.
