Terrible customer service. Reached out back in October about a double charge. No one has been able to help out and they will not reimburse my money. Not cool Gympass!

Helps with saving money, I just wish there were other gyms that use gympass. There are two other gyms i'd rather use then the current one i go to, but also not complaining.

Its a pain to get started if you are a company. If you need to cancel, It is very unclear the policy. You cant call customer service. They dont pick up the phone. Maybe they call you to sign up then you go into email void. Customer service has different opinions as to how cancellations work. I receive 3 different answers by 3 different employees. They hugely inconvenienced me and my employees. If they can get their employees in check regarding their policies, have someone to answer the phone and deal with issues that arise, it could be a good company. Also, the prices you see there are plus tax! Gyms dont charge tax because its under health care. Their response is that they are a service so they charge tax. Well, they are a service that provides healthcare in the form of gym membership so there is just one unclear thing to deal with. Countless back in forth emails to no resolve. I do not recommend this company for the following reasons: Customer service through email is delayed , can take a while They never answer the phone, it is offline Once you get a response that doesnt fix the situation then you have to write back and forth costing days Paying tax on memberships as a company and individual plan, so for your gold membership at $174.99 you are paying $190+ Employees of customer service dont know their own policies. Was too time consuming to do something nice for employees.
