These days it's rare to have a relationship with a vendor that spans decades. It must mean the vendor is really terrific, especially when you are as nit picky as I am. I have been a client of Dr. Schramm and Handyworks for over 20 years. This software is thorough, complete, easy to operate and largely bulletproof. In addition there is nothing better than getting tech support from the guy who not only wrote the program, but is also a practicing doctor. Dr. Schramm is a seasoned pro who understands all the needs and issues a Chiropractic, Medical, or Acupuncture office has and has built them into Handyworks. Dr. Schramm is super knowledgeable in all aspects of computerizing your practice. He handles all tech issues quickly and efficiently right over the phone or logs in directly. He is constantly tweaking and improving the software and offers frequent upgrades through easy download. Dr. Schramm receives my strongest endorsement and I suggest you take Handyworks for a "test drive" before you spend a boatload of money on office management software.
