Definitely should have looked at the comments before going forward with a application which by the way its non refundable application fee but asked about a house was told that we were the ONLY APPLICANT so we applied we were then told a week later another applicant was approved we make 3x times plus more the rent and credit score is impeccable but nonetheless findigs is a scam use your local realty companies..

worst company. I wish to give them zero star if I can. No customer service. No one to talk to when you have a question. My credit score is over 800. But they emailed me saying that I was denied due to credit score. What a liar. This company is a scam!

I literally just applied they took my $75 application fee within 2, hours denied me saying unverifiable income like what!? You didn't call My employer, I provided 4stubs noe they not answering the phone. I'm charging back my money this is a scam.I need a place to live and they playing games with people

They're not at all accurate especially when it comes to pulling credit scores. They're a scam and any company who uses they're services I would stay away from because you will not get approved especially if it's something they don't like about you. They will lie even if you have proof showing and stating otherwise!!!

Dont apply to any rental housing that uses Findigs. They took our money and did not provide us any service. Our application has been pending for weeks. No follow through on their end. The house we applied for is no longer available.
