I give one star because I need to give an opinion. In mid-February 2024 I shipped a box and a tank. When I sent it, they were completely full and well sealed, but when I received it in Santo Domingo, the tank broke the security that I had put in it and they took out all the clothes that were in it, they took everything away, not a single piece of clothing arrived, not a piece arrived And they took 40 cans of canned goods out of the box. When I called the company they told me that they are not responsible for what happened at customs knowing that they were their drivers. I only lost how disappointed I feel that my compatriots do this, of disappointment.
