This management company does nothing to curb the noise from obnoxious rooftop parties at their property lasting sometimes until 4am. Large crowds on the roof likely over rooftop capacity. Yelling, screaming, shrieking entitled 20 somethings treat this building as their own personal club without any regard for the well-being of their neighbors. The people involved leave things broken or a mess, including vomit in elevators. Entitlement and stupidity at its best.

Horrible building. Full of bratty 18-21 year old kids who party and have no consideration for neighbours. Regular loud rooftop and terrace parties with over legal capacity, screaming girls and bros, loud base till wee hours of the night multiple times a week. Building management has not intent to monitor or stop the noise despite multiple complaints with city and makes no effort to control or enforce rules for their tenants. Illegal structure built in courtyard in the last two months as well.

Great experience finding and renting an apartment through downtown apartments from abroad. Sabb and Mildred on the management team patiently walked me through multiple apartments and were able to point me in the direction of a 3rd party guarantor. Great working with a company directly - especially considering I avoided broker fees! Highly recommend.

Absolute worst experience. Did not respond to ANY of my requests i had to constantly call the office because Millie was not available. Sent me on a wild goose chase just to be let into the building. Basically had to hunt down the agent who could help me because apparently there was no one else available, and still she was SO unhelpful. Such a disaster, avoid this agency if you can.
