It is with a combination of gratitude and enthusiasm that I write a description of Aaron Seawood: an intuitive, smart and extraordinary real estate guideI use the term guide because he is so much more than a broker. Aarons holistic approach encompasses a firm, deep knowledge of the market, trends, financial forecasts and its impact on pricing and his the client (both personally and in relation to their goals). Aaron expertly uses this foundation as he diligently and sometimes miraculously finds the right place with the right feel in the right location and for all the right reasons. Aaron maintains a wonderful balance of professionalism and while being sincerely and personally invested in his client. In relation to our daughter, he not only listened to her but offered food for thought that would help her to find her home, while maintaining a realistic budget and eye towards her future. His steady, insightful and purposeful guidance makes a sometimes stressful process a journey of pleasure, knowledge and great reward. Aaron hides his extraordinary breadth of experience and knowledge with warmth, ease and a sincere partnership that he sets out to develop between himself and his clients. We trust his concern and are amazed at his talents. I had the absolute best experience working with Team Carte Blanche on the purchase of my condo. I could not recommend them enough as real estate agents who are first of all people and are there to support and go the extra mile for you. Definitely one of the few teams that is so invested and caring for each of their clients individually. 100% recommend.

Andrew is a pro. He made my life as easy as possible when I was buying my co-op apartment. From making the offer to closing, Andrew was there every step of the way. His team gave me an overview of all the weird things to expect while doing my board package. He made it easy for me to get all the documents I need and keep them organized when someone external inevitably needed to go through me for another copy. Andrew was my point-man for everything and wrangled three sets of lawyers, two banks, and a co-op board. He was a sounding board and part-time therapist while I went through the stress of buying a place. I would recommend Andrew to absolutely anyone looking to buy an apartment in New York City.
