I had a very bad experience with them. I went forward with an apartment Manav showed me, having even agreed a two years contract with the landlord. I filled the documentation very fast, as Manav told me more people was interested in the apartment. I've presented the documents and paid the application fee, and they told me the application was okay. After three work days without news I've sent an email to Manav, no response. I also tried calling, no luck. Finally, I had to send an email quoting everyone I knew from the company, and I got an instant call where they said the landlord went on its own and looked for another tenant. I understand that can happen, however the lack of communication and delay in it is far from okay. I also got a "I'm going to send you other apartments we have available", and as expected that didn't happen.
