        I've been living in NYC since 2015 and I moved into an apartment managed by Better Living Properties end of 2021. Both Ariel and Sander have been a delight throughout my entire stay for over two years at one of their LES properties + the maintenance staff have always been very nice and quick to turn things around if I ever had any problems. If I wasn't moving across the country, I would have resigned my lease with them!!

        Personally, all those great reviews look fake to me. My experience was totally the opposite. When you call the rental office they dont get back even though they say they will, and if you call back for an answer they get rude and snippy. Based on that I will take my business elsewhere.
