        I am waiting for my refund it has been more than 72 hours and I have not received my deposit back.

        They have a good faith deposit requirement which they say you have to pay, after which they take the property off the market so the landlord only reviews your application. Yeah - I learnt the hard way. I paid the amount and the apartment went to someone else. They claimed our applications came in a few hours apart - how convenient. They are supposed to return the money in 48 - 72hours but went silent on me and only paid after I notified them Id take legal action. Part of the response after they finally paid it back was that Katrina and I dont need your refund to go shopping lol - Gabriela Falquez. Use this review as you wish in your apartment search.
