Hunie sold our Harlem apartment in 2021, when Covid restrictions were still in place and everyone buyers, sellers and brokers was trying to adjust and figure out how to sell apartments when in-person visits were iffy at best. Hunie and his partner Grace were diligent, creative, responsive and committed every step of the way. Professional and communicative. It was a total pleasure to work with Hunie, and his partner Grace. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Hunie is extremely professional and friendly- genuinely cares about his clients. Throughout the whole process, him and Grace were quick to respond to calls and texts- made sure they were on top of everything.
