Irene was extremely professional and witty. Although the apartment didn't work for me, she was very responsive AND went above and beyond to show me the apartment on such short notice early in the morning. She was honest, down to earth and really meant business. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to explain things thoroughly.

I would like to start by saying how grateful I am to have met Irene. My husband and I had been looking for an apartment for over 3 months before we found a wonderful 3 bedroom Irene had listed last month. During that time we encountered. realtors who were rude, unprofessional and unresponsive and Irene has shown us nothing but the opposite of that. Irene has been so attentive, patient and guided us every step of the way. Any questions we had she would make sure to provide the clarity and resources we needed. She helped get us our apartment so fast. I 100% would recommend her and will be recommending her. Keep up the amazing work!

On 5/20/22 I just found a listing in Wash. Heights 3beds for about $1700 that the realtor Irene posted on StreetEasy last week. I saw her post in less than 24 hours and immediately sent her a message and a text message. No reply. The next day I sent another 2 messages, then searched and found the business number and called her name came up in voicemail, but still no reply to email or text message. Then I went to the apt building to investigate if theres another contact info listed or if the apartment is even available which locals in the area confirmed it was available but dont have access for viewing, so I called Irene again and this time she mistakenly texted me Please Text which clearly then led to the text messages I sent her that she had obviously ignored if not for how previous messages show up to phone numbers we text. Still she doesnt respond to the text. Less than an hour later I say.. please see previous text. She immediately texts back the apartment isnt available:-0 for the listing she just put up less than 24 hours earlier. I believe its a lie (according to her reply below Im wrong & I accept this). The previous review must be from someone biased because she didnt act like someone professional at all solely based on the late replies and lack of effort to properly reply in my situation. Good luck in the success of your business because your unprofessionalism will limit how far you can go Im sure of this. Terrible experience I felt I had. UPDATE 5/23/2022 in reply to you Irene: I believe most of my disappointment stems from not receiving a simple reply to either my emails or text yesterday or over the weekend of 5/22/22 just to say Hey potential client, that Apt is in process of anothers application. Anything at all. To be honest, look how quickly you responded to this review and took the time to write out such a long explanation dont you think a simple, much shorter text message or email reply to me would have been best? Or efficient? Thats what felt upsetting for me. And here youve proven its possible to send that shorter text reply since you had time for a longer review reply.
