Negative five stars. I was working with Hayden who reached out to me via social media. The entire experience has been stressful and aggravating. Save yourself the trouble do not deal with this group. They are intimidating and pressure you into packages making you give them money saying its refundable. But guess what they dont wanna refund you. So while they hound and harass you for payment they refuse to refund you and ignore you when you bound harass them.

I have waited over a month on a reply from the department that is in place to work with people with vouchers. I was told to fill out a form that asked for voucher info and after submitting is would hear from someone with a few days. Well maybe it means a few months. I did reach back out to the realtor who faithfully sends me properties daily. He told me to fill the form out again and resubmit. I thought it sounded a little unorganized but things happen so I did the resubmission. I got the same message saying I would hear from someone in a few days. However, I still have not heard from anyone. It started to make me realize that this was a way to separate the people they could work with from the people they provided false hope in order to stay inside legal guidelines. Now as this gave me time to think I noticed this was discrimination at its best. So due to a person having a voucher it eliminates them for accessing the feature of having a broker who is able to provide info and show an apartment as someone who is using there personal source of income. I understand wanting to have voucher status. Id dont understand why its a different process that seems to leave someone interested in a property using a voucher a lot less likely to apply in the same timing as someone without. Id rather the law not be in place if it only leads to false hope as the process of obtaining a place to live can be very discouraging for someone who is using voucher.
