Bobby has a great way about him, from day one you knew he was paying attention to any and all requests, and he was thoroughly organized and efficient. I got in touch with Mr Nicholas Dullea thru Zillow to see a property, he passed me to one of his agents, Paul, who never got in touch with me to confirm the appointment. That is poor COSTUMER SERVICE. I would not recommend this firm.

We just bought a house in Westchester and we were referred to Nicholas Dullea, owner of Corbett & Dullea Real Estate and it was a great experience working with him from beginning to end. He sent us a lot of great listings and we toured a lot of houses before making our decision. Nick ended up negotiating a great deal for us and he got us the house at less than the asking price. He was very proactive, diligent, hardworking, and he really knows the market. Nick Dullea helped me find the perfect apt for sale. He listened and delivered on exactly what I was looking for! He also did a great job of setting me up with the right team (attorney, mortgage broker etc.) He also was a great source of info on the market. Would HIGHLY recommend.
