I haven't lived in New York very long and this is my second apartment. My first apartment was a nightmare, so I moved. Bruce at Fireside Realty came recommended by a coworker in my office. Bruce had found him an apartment a couple years ago in the same neighborhood I wanted to find a place and I'm happy to say I now am thrilled with my new apartment on the upper east side of Manhattan. Fireside was super nice and helpful within my budget. I recommend him without reservation.

I have heard horror stories about apt hunting in NYC, but Bruce and Fireside Realty were the opposite of the stories. Bruce was great! I never felt any pressure to jump on an apt. He was very reasonable when signing the lease and was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Once the lease was signed he was always easy to reach and made sure I was set up ok once I moved in. I highly recommend using Fireside Realty for your apt hunt.

Bruce is a wonderful broker to work with.  He understood our price range, and timeline as well as our needs for what type of space we were looking for.  He had great listings and made himself available with ease.  It was a true pleasure to work with him and given New York real estate, that's a higher than 5 star review!

Prior to my experience with Fireside, I truly had it out against realtors. But these guys are quite different from the many others I've worked with.Through Bruce's actions, it's very clear to me that he is in this business because he loves to help people - not just to persuade them to sign a lease.
