I was looking for an apartment in the Lower East Side and reached out to multiple realtors. Ralph was the first (and one of the only) to respond. His communication was always immediate and throughout the process he made me feel like a priority. He had my back all the way to the finish line and in the end we were able to secure the perfect apartment. I cannot recommend Ralph enough, he was kind, courteous, punctual and overall was a delight to work with! Would give 100 stars if I could.

I want to share the great experience that I had working with Ralph Safdie, though the unit I was interested in was rented to someone else, I have to share that Ralph went above and beyond to try to help me. It wasn't the right timing but he really tried to help- my situation was a bit complicated which caused a delay on my end. Ralph was kind, very helpful and very professional and I recommend him to anyone that is looking to rent/buy from Safdie Realty Group. I've contacted many realtors in the past and most have been unhelpful and unprofessional. Wishing this company much, much success- they are a breath of fresh air.

Working with Ralph to get our apartment was a great experience! He was so helpful, responsive and accommodating to all of our needs/questions. We felt incredibly heard throughout the process and he took our concerns seriously. We love our apartment and are super happy with the whole process!
