Hello stranger, I just want to say that if you get a chance to work with Sam, take it. He is open, honest and to the point. Right from day 1 when he first showed me the apartment until the lease signing day, he was the same guy. He took his time to clear all my doubts and is extremely responsive! He has a wonderful personality and is a fun guy to work with. You will not be disappointed. For the record: my first time seeing the apartment to the lease signing took 4 business days. Smooth!

Sam was a huge, huge help. I cant imagine a better experience and have yet to have one in my 12 years in New York. Sam guided me through the application process and made sure I had exactly what I needed to get the perfect apartment for me. I highly recommend City Stop and if you work with them ask for Sam!!!

I applied to two UWS rentals through Sam. In the first I was not selected by the landlord but Sam was very friendly and quickly returned my deposit. Almost 2 years later I toured another apartment and he remembered me - I loved the place although it was extremely competitive, and he went above and beyond to help me. I had an issue getting a cashier's check on short notice since I use an online-only bank, but he worked with me to figure out a way to lock in the apartment and make the full payment, while he could have easily just gone to the next applicant. I'm grateful as I just moved into the place and am very happy here.

I had a wonderful experience working with Zeyad to find my new home in NYC. After providing him with my non-negotiables, Zeyad tirelessly spent the next couple of months looking on my behalf for apartments in the UWS. As a result, he ended up finding the perfect place for me. I couldn't be in a better living situation right now. I will forever be grateful for all of his efforts. If I ever move again in NYC, he will be the first and only real estate agent I call. He's the man!
