Cody did a great job of finding a qualified buyer for my apartment during an extremely turbulent time for the market. He was super organized and very responsive, sharing a spreadsheet of all the viewings and their status with me, so that I was always in the loop on what was happening and when. He was able to help me find a great handyman to paint my place, and I was really pleased with the photos of the apartment put together by the agency he works for. Id highly recommend working with him, and with HomeDax in general!

HomeDax was great to work with. John Rojecki was whip fast in responding to our many needs as they arose, and he never slowed down in the several months it took us to find our home. He was good at throwing good options our way and gave helpful advice on price negotiation. Wed definitely recommend him
