0 stars. The owner of this showroom lacks professionalism, work ethic and accountability. She doesn't treat her customers or employers well. Poor work environment and high turnover. Employees are hired as contractors or "interns" to avoid paying any benefits. Expect lies, an erratic and disrespectful treatment by the owner, as well as NO paid time off, NO payment of commissions earned and delayed salary payments every single month. Whether you are a prospective employee or client, do yourself a favor and do not engage in any work relationship with this "company", otherwise, you will regret it.

If 0 stars were possible, that is what I would give. If I were a brand, I would not select FTL as my is rep in the US. I would not use FTL for productions. I would not buy from FTL. This shop has no professionalism, because the owner lacks any semblance of the same. Do not trust FTL. Do not sign with FTL. RUN, and find a better partner.
