        While Mark is a nice person, hes a terrible property manager. Absolutely no communication with us at all, refuses to answer phone calls or emails and is basically an accountant who pays our bills. The only good thing to come from them is our super. And hes underpaid and overworked. They never repair anything even though they promise to. Theyre extremely frustrating to deal with. Idk how they stay in business.
